I have always wondered what life beneath the waves would be like. It is a concept I have always found difficult to truly grasp. Gravity is different. The very notions of up and down no longer apply. In such a world, the possibilities seem even greater than those on land.

Mythologies are rich with tales of underwater realms and the extraordinary creatures that inhabit them. While each culture has its own legends—Tritons, Selkies, Kelpies, and many more—there is one mythical being that appears time and time again across countless traditions.

The Siren.

At times enchanting and melodic. At times ruthless and deadly. Endless words have been used to describe these mysterious beings.

Yet one quality unites them all:

Beauty.

Whether through their captivating songs, their graceful forms, or the irresistible charm they wield, Sirens have always inspired awe in those who dare to imagine them.

Their legend continues to fascinate us, and countless artists have sought to bring them into our world. Yet every interpretation is unique, leaving each of us to decide whether it captures even a fragment of the enchantment these mythical creatures once possessed.

This corset is my own interpretation of the Siren.

A tribute to the sea and the creatures that dwell beneath its surface. I hope it carries you beyond the horizon, across the endless ocean, until, somewhere in the distance, you hear a haunting melody calling your name.
