All Wyvern's Treasure creations are handcrafted with great care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and make each piece unique; they are not considered defects.

Custom-made and personalized items are created according to the customer's specifications. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.

Full payment is required before production or shipment begins. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

Wyvern's Treasure will make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe. However, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Wyvern's Treasure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed shall apply.
